Wow. After settling out of court in 2000, and being charged recently for homicide, the Montana Board of Medical Examiners finally revoked Jim Bischoff's license to practice medicine. To their credit, his license had at least been suspended since July.
Seems like there's a couple of problems here. ...

James Bischoff, accused of deliberate homicide and drug charges was arraigned in District Court on Monday.
Judge Loren Tucker reduced his bail to $150,000, since Bischoff's seemingly imaginary inheritance didn't pan out. (Surprise, surprise.)
