James Bischoff was sentenced yesterday in his mercy killing.
Judge Tucker deviated from the plea agreement, which was for two years, by sentencing Bischoff to six years to run concurrently with his Idaho sentence for bank robbery.

Jim Bischoff was sentenced for the bank robbery in Rexburg, ID.
During Bischoff's sentencing hearing in Idaho, which included an explanation of his bipolar disorder, District Judge Brent Moss sentenced him to a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years in prison.

Prosecutors have reached a plea agreement with a former Ennis physician accused of murdering an elderly patient by giving her a combination of drugs that hastened her death.

Jim Bischoff's murder trial will be delayed and the venue will be changed to Jefferson County.

There was a bank robbery in Rexburg, ID yesterday.
Today, they caught the robber, and guess what?
It's Ennis' own Dr. Death, Jim Bischoff.
And in an utterly bizarre twist, around a month ago, his wife was killed in a car accident.
