Administrivia

Can I take a minute to get some administrivia out of the way? First up: I am disabling comments from here on out. Many of my sinestra pals will no doubt chalk it up to “stifling dissent,” and being an enemy of free speech. (Let’s set two hours for the over/under on the first use of the word “brownshirt,” and I’ll take the under.)

Whatever. Get after it.

If you still feel compelled to set me straight, you know how to get a-hold of me.

Fact is, the comments lately generate more heat than light, as it were, and to be fair, I’m as much at fault as anyone. More than that, though, I find them to be tedious. So there you have it. Feel the boot on your neck yet? Nice and comfortable?

Good. Let’s carry on.

Next item: Small Town, Long Streets.

STLS will be on indefinite hiatus. The time slot isn’t working for me, and I have far too many commitments right now to make it work. If we had a 36 hour day, and I could still get in 5-6 hours of sleep a night, I might be able to continue, but it’s not giving me a very good ROI. I reserve the right to change this decision at any time, but for now, as the man says, something’s gotta give. And right now, it’s STLS.
