Hell, you have to get to the 6th graf before they tell you that the rate is actually decreasing, which is a Good Thing.
Cultural change is generational, not overnight, and we’re getting there.

Just goes to show you that things don’t change. These are indeed the same people who gave us prohibition.
In spite of it all, not much of anything has really changed over the years except current fashion and technology. People are the same.
