New Statistical Method

I was perusing this post, and was struck by the visual aid presented therein.

I was sufficiently alarmed by the graph that I decided to examine a disturbing trend in my own life, using the same statistical method.

    Graphs of any cumulative total over time look very similar, don’t they? I’ve never seen one turn downward.

    Interesting observations, to be sure. I only question the use of the word “elected” in relation to “G.W. Bush”.

    The Electoral College worked beautifully in both of Bush’s victories. It did exactly what the founders intended — gave rural areas of the country a voice.
