It’s been a while, but when I was that age we rarely broke up fights at school. We were usually rooting for one or the other since one of them was usually finally getting his comeuppance. Mostly because he was a smart ass and we truly enjoyed watching him get his ass beat.
If we had cell phone cameras back in the day we would have probably done something similar.
