We Can’t Rewind We’ve Gone Too Far
August 15th, 2007 | by Craig |This week’s guest is one of Montana’s Blogfathers, Rob Kailey of Wulfgar’s Mountain View, a/k/a “A Chicken is Not Pillage.”
On the agenda? Nothing in particular, but I suspect things will get meta in some places and wide-ranging in others.
Invite a friend! Call in! Or Don’t! It’s always a good time.

Dude, your lexicabulary is a bottomless pit. I went to Wikipedia, looked up meta, and I still don’t know what it means. Help your friend Erica and remove a stumbling block from before the blind and, obviously, vocabularily challenged (to the point of being forced to make up her own words).

Your made-up words are mostly better than pre-existing ones.
How to explain meta…
I always think of it as “self-reflective.” In the sense I’m talking above, I mean that Rob and I have a lot of in-jokes that we may fall back on.
That’s pretty wide definition, I guess.
I have to say that I love the portmanteau “lexicabulary.” It almost rates up there with wrinkled bloomer coochie.
Almost.

Oh, you are too wonderful — thanks! And the good thing is, I don’t copyright all the sillyness I make up (generally as a result of covering up what little I actually do know), so you are free to use whatever goofy word suits your fancy, whenever you’d like, and not worry about attributing me a shred of credit. I’m good that way. It’s the [%0.00000000000000000001] socialist in me — I like to share.

Craig and Rob, I haven’t been able to make time to catch the show. I’m too busy picking the balls off a particularly challenging gnat. I hope to get to it post-op.

Craig,
I just got done listening to your show with Rob. Your conversation with him was very interesting and despite knowing how he feels about me, it surprised me that I actually liked the guy.
Keep up the good work on the podcast. I make a point of listening to it every week.

That made me giggle.

I’m glad you enjoyed the show, Andy. Rob would be the first to admit that he can be abrasive (I think), but it is hard not to like him.

Actually, Craig, I’d be the first to admit that I can be a raging a$$h*l@. *heh* And, Thanks, Andy.
