August 12th, 2007 | by Craig |A “pet detective” finds a dog overheating in a car, so he breaks the window to get the dog to a hospital. Not sure what to do about the owner, Ace handcuffed him to the car, where he was beaten by the crowd after Ace’s departure.
Michael Vick was unavailable for comment.

Handcuffing him to the car? I’d have been tempted to cuff him in the back seat of that car if the window hadn’t already been broken.
