This should be required viewing by every young crony bastard Bush sent to Iraq as part of the Provisional Govt … which unfortunately underscores the difficulties of such a model. It could only exist at the whim and will of the particular President of the period.
The man has more than a point. He’s spot on. And I do like the way he laid responsibility in the laps of our Secs of State, without actually calling them out.

Good presentation. We won the war but are not prepared to win the aftermath. I always thought a more international organization that didn’t look like a military strike force was needed to put Iraq back on its feet.
