Taxes won’t go down if we turn down that money. There’s some impact on financial markets, but it’s relatively minimal.
Pretending that the cost of accepting that money is high is pretty inaccurate.
Still, I’m glad that you’ve had this one bottled up in ya for a month.

Pretending that it’s free is pretty inaccurate as well.
But it’s the principle of the thing that counts, isn’t it? I mean, a few billion here, a couple million there as long as it comes from someone else doesn’t much matter, right?
