John McCain or a bag of hammers?

Given his latest assault on free speech, I’m going to go with the bag of hammers.

    Webmasters would be immune from civil and criminal liability if they followed the specified procedures exactly.

    Or this may just be a ploy to make the IRS look good.

    You know, it really really pisses me off that things like this are hidden behind cries to ‘Save the Children!’.
