    I’m waiting for somebody to open a Chicago-style casino resort in Vegas. (After all, the Chicago Mob helped build the town.) I can see it now, the pit bosses will be heavy-set men carrying violin cases (who take their holidays in Sicily). The buffet restaurant (Vinny Bonono’s Little Touch of Hoboken…formerly Aldo’s…formerly Vito’s…formerly Nunzio’s…) will feature Broken Leg of Lamb (freshly whacked). And if the proprietor asks if you’d like to go hunting, don’t reply, “Sure, I’m game.” (He’ll shoot you.)
