What’s even more ironic is that the ACLU is very strongly pro-abortion. So, they support death before birth and before death. Yet, they don’t support death for murderers — the guilty. One might consider certain forms of abortion “cruel and unusual punishment.”

Is abortion administered by the state? Last time I checked, no. If you want to say abortion is bad and immoral, do it. But let’s not pretend the 8th Amendment prohibits it.
