PETArds at it Again
October 1st, 2005 | by Craig |. . . with no sense of venue.
We had a semi-naked PETArd down here protesting the circus.
The following just about gave me apoplectic fits of laughter:
There was very little honking or heckling, but pedestrians did have a few things to say. One man shouted, “This is awesome! No cover charge!†Another threw a dollar bill to Kelton. She said that had never happened before, and she pledged to donate the money to PETA.
No cover charge, indeed!
Our intrepid local reporter also turned up the protestor’s blog.
Evidently, she didn’t think much of Ed’s article.

It’s hard to take anyone seriously when the words Xanga, Livejournal, or MySpace is involved. Plus she’s 19. The real world hasn’t had a chance to knock some reality into her.

I dunno, maybe it’s just me, but don’t you think a good place to protest the circus would be, say, at the circus? I’m sure this girl and her friend have some valid points, but I make it a personal policy not to take advice or information from naked people.

She probably didn’t set up at the circus because she at least had the sense that little kids who attend the circus shouldn’t see grown women who are “legally naked.”
I’ll bet you that she’s pro-abortion. Save the animals but not the babies…
