Bischoff Pleads Out
September 7th, 2005 | by Craig |Prosecutors have reached a plea agreement with a former Ennis physician accused of murdering an elderly patient by giving her a combination of drugs that hastened her death.
James Bischoff, 47, is scheduled to change his pleas at a hearing on 2 p.m. Wednesday before District Judge Loren Tucker in Boulder.
“He’s not going to plead to deliberate homicide, but he will be entering some pleas tomorrow,” said Bischoff’s attorney, John Smith of Missoula. Smith would not say what charges his client would plead to.

It will probably be in his best interest that he does not own a day care center - ya think?
