Saw the McQueen ad this weekend. My dad and I are big fans of Bullitt, so I was pretty into it. I like it much more than the Star Spangled Banner with engine noises one.
Of course, I work in advertising, so I notice these things. It’s my job.

I not only like the commercial, but I’m finding myself lusting after the car.
I can’t decide whether that’s a good thing or not. A 34 year old man buying a Mustang just fairly screams midlife crisis, doesn’t it?

I’m rather transfixed by the citroen ad. Perhaps they should change their slogan to ‘more than meets the eye’. Call that model the ‘Optimus Prime’ or something along those lines.

I usually hate commercials, but I’ve been liking this one since I first saw it. I want a Mustang now, too. But I’d settle for a 63 Split Window Corvette. Ok, I’ll get back in the Taurus now…
