State Not Paying Fair Share for Education
January 17th, 2004 | by mtpolitics |Let me see if I can rephrase that: Since the state is not paying its fair share for education, it has to pay more to ease the burden on local taxpayers.
Just where, pray tell, does the state get the money to ease said burden?
Just asking.
